When it comes to the actual replacement process for your led light bulb you can begin by turning off and unplugging your fixture. Changing a lamp bulb is no sweat but it can be a total hassle when a light bulb burns out in a hard to reach lighting fixture in your home. Place your replacement led bulb in the fixture and screw it into place. Squeeze the spring arms on each side of the led unit together.

To get the benefits of led without replacing all your existing fixtures all you need to do is replace all your incandescent screw in lightbulbs with screw in led bulbs. Push upward until the led light unit clicks into place and the trim is flush with the ceiling. Get you finger nails between the ceiling and trim and pull down evenly. Squeeze the v springs and remove the light.

Just make sure that you replace your incandescent bulb with a comparable led that will match the performance of the previous bulb. Hold the long tubular bulb with both hands and rotate it 90 degrees or 1 4 turn counterclockwise. Be sure to turn off the light switch before changing the bulb. Unscrew the screws or nuts holding the fixture base to the ceiling box.
